By registering and creating a Trova account and using all or any part of the app (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms & Conditions”) together with the Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy’) and any additional terms disclosed and agreed to by you if you purchase any additional features, products and/or services we offer within the Service (collectively forming this “Agreement”). We may make changes to this Agreement and to the Services from time to time whether to reflect changes in or requirements of the law, new features, and/or changes in business practices. The latest version of this Agreement can be found both within the app and online via www.trovadaing.com. You are responsible for reading the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy in full throughout the duration of Service. If any of the changes immediately affect your rights and/or obligations, we will notify you either by email or through the Service in advance of the changes taking place. If you continue to use the Services after the changes become effective, this action automatically constitutes full understanding and agreement to the revised Agreement.
Trova Dating is a Product of Vimalsoft (Pty) Ltd and it was created in 2019 , Trova means find in Italian. This service seek to make people who have common interest and needs to meet.The Service is only available on a mobile app , a web version of the app will be available on if the demand is proven to be high. But for now only on Android and iOS.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and create an account on Trova and subsequently use the Service. The actions of which, either in all or in part of the aforementioned, result in a full declaration of the following:
1. you are capable of forming a binding contract with Trova;
2. you will comply with this Agreement in its entirety; and
3. You are not registered as a sex offender.
You are solely responsible for ensuring and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials used to register for a Trova account together with all activities that occur under those credentials. If you think someone has unlawfully gained access to your Trova account, please email support@trovadating.com. If you sign in using your Facebook login, you thereby authorise Trova to access and use certain Facebook account information including, but not limited to, your public Facebook profile and general information. For more information regarding this information please refer to our Privacy Policy. In accordance with the recent GDPR rules and regulations, Trova confirm any information you provide during the process of registering an account and/or creating a profile shall newer be sold or give to others without your consent. By agreeing to this Agreement you consent to us holding your information. For more information regarding this please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Trova reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate any of its product features and services from time to time as we see fit and appropriate. Notice will be given if any of the above actions materially affect your rights.
You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason deactivating your account on Trova. You may terminate and subsequently delete your account at any time without notice if it believes that you have violated this Agreement. You will not be entitled to any refund as a result of this breach.
Trova prides itself on verifying and approving all users manually to ensure only genuine profiles are created. Trova does not carry out any background checks on individual users. You are responsible for your own actions. Users are reminded to use caution in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate outside the Service or meet in person. You should not provide your financial information to other users. If you see any information and/or content on the Service that violates this Agreement, please immediately email support@trovadating.com.
By creating an account, you grant to Trova a transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, right and license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, modify and distribute information. You understand and agree that we may monitor or review any information and/or content within your profile as part of the Service. We may delete any information and/or content, in whole or in part, that breaches this Agreement. When communicating via email with Trova, you agree to be respectful and polite. Any threatening or offensive behaviour will result in immediate termination of your account.
By using the Service, you agree that you will not:
1. use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement;
2. spam, solicit money from or defraud any users;
3. impersonate any person or post any images of another person without his or her permission;
4. bully, intimidate or harass any person;
6. post any information and/or content that is threatening, sexually explicit, pornographic or contains nudity;
7. solicit passwords for any purpose;
8. use another user’s account without their permission; and/or
9. Create another account if we have already terminated your account due to misconduct or breach. Trova reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your account, without a refund, if you have violated the terms of the Service or breached the terms of this Agreement. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
10. A User can report any user who break the comminity Rules.The Trova Team will investigate the report and apply the rules of the Trova Community. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Trova does not sell any Gift or have in-App Purchases. All members are in the same level , there is no Premium members. Trova is Truelly 100% Free
Trova provides the Service on an as available basis and grants no warranties of any kind in relation to the Service including all the information and/or content contained therein. Trova does not claim that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free at all times. Trova takes no responsibility for any information and/or content that you or another user may upload, post, send or receive through the Service. You are responsible for your own actions.
Under no circumstances and in no event will Trova be liable for any any indirect, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages, including, without limitation any loss of profits, data, use or any other intangible losses whether incurred directly or indirectly.
You agree to indemnify from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses due to or arising out of or relating in any way whatsoever in relation to the use of the Service, your information and/or content or any potential breach of this agreement made by you.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
